For most passengers passing through airport security, the only luggage youre likely to get confiscated is a full-size bottle of shampoo or a tube of toothpaste.

But not these brazen bootleggers, whove had everything from live hand grenades to samurai swords seized from them at Airport security checkpoints across America.

These shocking weapons were all confiscated by U.S. transport police from passengers trying to board planes in the past year.

The pictures of the weapons, including hatchets, mortars and an assortment of knifes, were posted on the Transportation Security Administrations (TSA) Instagram account.
